This is Manex Sibupiwa, a 3-year-old male from Mwaba Village, Chief Chikaza Munyama in the Southern Province. Manex is due for a review at UTH; unfortunately, the family has no resources to bring him to UTH.
Already, a day has passed since they sent a message when I was in the hospital and couldn’t see it. The family also mentioned their failure to meet Manex’s health demands, which has caused them to come to the public to ask for assistance.
