Build a Permanent Learning Centre for Vulnerable Children in Eastern Uganda

Campaign Story

BASH Bright Future Foundation is a community-based non-profit organization working to improve education opportunities for vulnerable children in Eastern Uganda, particularly in Mugiti Subcounty, Budaka District.

Today, many of the children we support learn in temporary classrooms constructed from timber and wooden poles. These structures are vulnerable to heavy rains, strong winds, termites, and general deterioration. During bad weather, learning is often disrupted, putting the future of hundreds of children at risk.

We are launching this campaign to construct a permanent classroom building that will provide a safe, durable, and inspiring learning environment for disadvantaged pupils. A permanent structure will not only protect children from harsh weather conditions but will also improve attendance, concentration, and academic performance.

The new building will include:

- Permanent classrooms

- Office and storage space

- Safe learning environment for vulnerable children

- Improved sanitation and learning conditions

Our vision is simple: every child deserves a safe place to learn, dream, and build a brighter future.
