As a health personell,l visited kiruddu ,Mulago and found out that most people who were on dialysis (okukyuusa omusaayi) developed Chronic Kidney Disease(CKD) which came as a result of either undetected hypertension and diabetes or they were detected but poorly managed.I detected a knowledge gap there..so I'm now starting a nation wide campaign to organise health seminars and teach people about 1) prevention 2) Signs of early detection 3) proper management...I'm seeming for funds to purchase items as seen in the photo to help me in my presentations and screening services...(glucometers,Blood pressure machines,a good laptop ,speakers for mass awareness,etc )

We are targeting populated areas eg Companies, schools especially staffs ,market areas ,mosques ,churches, football grounds ,Women saccos ,savings groups etc....from district to district
